Location: 100% Remote based  
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + Benefits

Excellent opportunity has arisen to work with one of UK's fastest growing AdTech/SaaS providers who are official partners with Google, Microsoft and Facebook. The business offer specialist services that enables businesses see drastic ROI by allowing organisations to utilise data in order to provide insight that can be acted on in real time. Due to this growth the business have now exclusively partnered with Forsyth Barnes to search for a Scrum Master.
We're looking for someone to join our company as a Scrum Master. As Scrum Master you will be responsible for the delivery of 3-4 scrums teams with the mindset to produce high quality software against a detailed product roadmap. An expert in Agile techniques and able to lead, coach and guide the team in all aspects of SCRUM.
Required Skills/Experience:  
Introducing Scrum from first principles
Provide clarity around the correct use of other Agile tools and practices, particularly in relation to estimation and backlog management
Ensuring teams remain focused and shielded from disruption
Foster cooperation and harmony between Agile engineering teams and stakeholders unfamiliar with the discipline
Cloud industry experience is desirable  
Mentoring and coaching Product Owners and Technical Managers
Champion principles iterative and incremental delivery
Help resolve conflict and interpersonal issues within the team and wider program
Coach teams to master techniques in self organisation
Mentor Junior Scrum Master

Excellent communication skills
Good technical / IT knowledge
Experience in mentoring and developing teams  
Driven and delivery focussed
High degree of self-awareness, empathy and emotional intelligence
Scrum certification is advantageous
