Title: Sales Director EMEA
Location: UK
Salary: £100K – 150K + OTE

Brief Overview:    
     
Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a globally successful Payments / FinTech SME in their search for a Sales Director to be responsible for all sales activity across EMEA. With UK headquarters, the organisation have managed to successfully grow their customer base for their hardware and software products across EMEA, Asia and the US and take real significant pieces of the market share over their competitors over the last 5 years.
 
With UK headquarters, the organisation's core competency is the design, certification and manufacture of industry certified mobile POS hardware. The organisation partners with a range of Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators to provide rich and flexible payment solutions for retail, hospitality, financial, government and healthcare vertical markets globally.
     
Reporting to the Global SVP, the Sales Director EMEA will be someone who truly leads from the front. Responsible for managing a small sales team, recruiting for and growing the team, generating personal sales as well as driving the pipeline across the team. There will be international travel across the region (when appropriate) to develop existing accounts as well as drive new business.  
 
The company is continually evolving their products to be able to offer full end-to-end payment solutions to customers in a range of industries, with the retail & hospitality industry being a core focus and a view to grow more of their business into a recurring revenue model.
         
Sales Director Required Skills / Experience:    
– Proven track record of sales, growth and value creation
– Retail technology understanding essential
– Understanding of retail and hospitality market
– Experience of distribution partners channel sales with understanding of dynamics with reseller & end user  
– Track record of managing and growing a sales team
– Experience / networks across EMEA region
– Payments experience beneficial  
– Flexibility for international travel
