Title: Programme Manager (Supply Chain & Logistics)
Location: UK (Travel required)
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 DOE

Brief Overview: Forsyth Barnes have exclusively partnered with a multinational Retailer specialising in the provision of a range of products including food, fashion and home goods. The business are highly successful and are continuing to expand and grow at a rapid rate. Due to growth, success and the development of new sites, the business are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, automation and commercial acumen to liaise with the wider business units.
 
The Supply Chain & Logistics Programme Manager will understand what solutions are fit for purpose, liaising with stakeholders, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics. You will be working with the wider Supply Chain & Logistics function, on boarding 3rd parties and integrating additional brands into the existing network/ portfolio, as a leader, you will also take accountability for ensuring Supply Chain & Logistics solutions are fit for purpose and support the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:
Implementing standardised Supply Chain & Logistics model for the introduction of 3rd parties and additional brands
Creating Supply Chain & Logistics solutions that contribute to profitable business models
Establishing solutions that align with overall Supply Chain & Logistics strategy
Leading the existing network / team and ensuring
Continuous improvement – improving and transforming existing approaches to services and efficiency whilst being the subject matter expert for on boarding new brands and implementation of these brands into existing supply chain

 
Requirements:
Proven Project/ Programme Management experience
Great knowledge of logistics operations / processes (Retail and Ecom)
Experience in WMS development & implementation
Experience in Site reconfiguration / optimisation
Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence approach
Ability to bring structure / standardisation in a fast paced / entrepreneurial environment
People / Team focused
Beneficial; implementation of 3rd party logistics or Retail environments
