Location: Oxford (Hybrid) – occasional international travel

The IT  (Technology and Security Lifecycle Management) Programme Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of the TSLM programme and ensuring all technology in scope is stable, reliable and well supported. This role will ensure thar projects & programmes are delivered on time and within budget; appropriate governance is adhered to with agile WoW; financial aspects and performance are met; stakeholder communications are met.
Essentially, with your peer you will  be a primary point of contact for the business and IT management team and will lead the exploitation of core infrastructure, physical and cyber security systems, and shared technology services; ensuring that the aims and progress are understood, standards are followed and quality is consistently high.
IT Programme Manager Responsibilities:
Facilitate the development of a strategic plan to deliver IT & Business change
Develop and drive a continuous improvement culture across the Business & IT Team
Manage status reporting of programme and projects to Project and Steering Boards
Vendor selection, contract negotiation and ongoing management

IT Programme Manager Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, at least 4 of which are leading multiple projects or large complex business change programmes
Experience managing high profile programmes – budgets of £1m+, lasting longer than 12 months
Excellent stakeholder management – primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and 3rd party providers
Formal programme & project management qualifications
Able to shape, mobilise and lead technology programmes to deliver internal business change
Excellent leadership qualities, ability to work in a fast paced environment, high energy and decisive
