Role: Product Manager
Rate: Up to £70 per hours (7 hour p/d)

Forsyth Barnes are exclusively partnered with a software giant, who are seeking a Product Manager to join their exciting and vibrant Web Product Management team. Their website is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world and the digital front door for most customers. The Web Product Management team focuses on making a world-class experience for visitors across their entire customer journey. Working in close partnership with teams across the organisation, you will help drive the future direction and strategy for products on .com and deliver world-class experiences to the site.
You will be responsible for defining key opportunities, based on data, and working alongside our UX, Publishing, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative experiences for our prospects and customers. You will contribute to the global product vision while prioritising and defining local variations required for optimising the Enterprise Experience across EMEA. You will work with talented cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, testing where appropriate, and ensuring that the projects accomplish their business objectives.
Help lead the evolution of business .com, further developing the website as a high performing demand engine for enterprise solutions
Use data, customer and competitor insights, and industry best practices, to identify opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences
Assess new market opportunity and strategic areas of growth within EMEA audience
Create business cases for site enhancements, clearly identifying goals, KPIs, and targets
Work with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales and Digital to define goals, set priorities, and manage a backlog of features with EMEA markets; whilst collaborating closely with global partners in the US
Drive planning and vision refinement sessions with business and development teams
Discover, validate, and document business and technical requirements
Work with UX and creative teams on site structure, customer journeys and page designs
Partner with the creative team on providing timelines, creative briefs, messaging, and direction for key content experiences
Assess and report on results of initiatives vs. expected impact, identifying optimisations
Experienced in Product Management
Experienced in Website Management
B2B Marketing Website Experience is ideal
Articulate in documenting Site Requirements, Specifications and User Stories is ideal
Jira experience is ideal
Ability to influence executive and senior level leaders around Product Vision, Roadmaps and priorities
