Title: Paid Search Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a market leading Retailer who are in the market for a Paid Search Manager. The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the paid search strategy for the retail brand with a considerable budget management responsibility. The role will be responsible for ensuring that paid search performance reporting is shared with key stakeholders across the group – including finance, category and business owners.
The Paid Search Manager will be required to work cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class paid search strategy to maximise efficiency and ROI. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business who also have a great modern working environment.
Paid Search Manager- Responsibilities:
Lead the Paid Search strategy across the group to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
Be the subject matter expert within Marketing on Paid Search and take responsibility for performance commentary and weekly reporting.
Optimising and executing methodologies against paid search plans utilising native platforms, third party and internal tools, as required to deliver efficient and profitable Paid Search campaigns.
Critically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed expectations and KPIs.
Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.
Producing high quality reports, studies and presentations to brand standards including measuring forecasts vs actual and clearly articulating rationale for optimisation methodologies throughout campaigns.
Working closely with agency partners to ensure flawless campaign execution and timely optimisation is delivered.
Take responsibility for the data integrity within paid search channels, including working with different functions, when necessary to troubleshoot tracking and data issues.
Paid Search Manager- Skills:
Hands on experience in running paid search campaigns.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Experience of working with large paid media budgets.
Experience within a consumer facing environment (Ideally Retail).
