Forsyth Barnes are exclusively partnered with a software giant, who are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their exciting and vibrant Integrated Marketing team. This team is the engine behind the campaigns that reach their customers, therefore an integral part of the organisation. With an aim to change the world through digital experiences, this company are passionate about empowering people to create powerful images, videos and applications and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
 
In this Marketing Manager role, you will work closely with the EMEA Product Strategy team to build and maintain multi-channel integrated campaigns that maximise the opportunities identified in market. You will use nuanced insights and collaborate with regional teams across EMEA to shape fully localised end-to-end journeys. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the campaigns that shift the dial on engagement and retention KPIs. You will be customer journey obsessed – keen to maximise the touchpoints that will make customers successful, satisfied, and loyal.
 
The ideal candidate will be a hybrid marketeer – using insights and data to shape, monitor and improve customer-centric campaigns and onward journeys that speak to the needs, wants and aspirations of our customers. You will be an expert collaborator as this role requires significant stakeholder management across all channels, regional teams, and centres of excellence to take your campaigns from conception to market.
 
Role Requirements:
 
Strong digital/online marketing knowledge and an understanding of how to maximise channels across the full marketing mix
Engagement & retention experience and knowledge and how to maximise this throughout the customer lifecycle
Knowledge of data-driven personalisation and marketing methods to offer a truly customer-centric approach to marketing
Experience using data to shape fully integrated, multi-channel, end-to-end customer campaigns
Understanding local markets and audiences
Evidence of crafting and launching campaigns from marketing strategy to go-live
Experience in management of agencies including briefing, (sizeable) budgeting and project managing
Stakeholder management and influential communication skills to share campaign plans and performance in an engaging way
Shown success in driving results-oriented marketing programs and exceptional performance
Analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills – able to dig into data and ask questions that result in strong quantitative reasoning
Proven marketing and e-commerce background with a focus on measurement and accountability
