Title: DTC Marketing Director
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefit's + Shares
My client, a leading agency that are the leaders in taking on small starts up and growing them from 0 to 100M+ brands. They are now looking for a DTC Marketing Director to come into a newly created role with a key focus on building rapidly growing DTC brands.
You will be expected to work closely with senior board members and take full ownership of the growth trajectory of paid and owned acquisition channels that the brand deliver in house.
The DTC Marketing Director will have control over large paid media budgets, technology, and work with senior stakeholders to input into other areas of the mix, including pricing and offers, CRM, and partnerships. Through the use of data and expert led analysis, your role is to lead the team to deliver against monetary KPI's whilst continuously seeking opportunities to further scale.

DTC Marketing Director – Responsibilities
Develop the strategic plan for Direct to Consumer to support the broader goals of the business objectives.
Oversee strategy, implementation, and performance of Paid Social and Programmatic Display and Video across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Outbrain, Taboola, Google Ads and Bing to meet client performance KPIs.
Build lead and scale the team.
Independent implementation of data driven testing framework and necessary support tools.
Drive consumer retention through a mixture of loyalty programs, customer acquisition, maximising CLTV (incl CRM and merchandising), and branding.
Manage marketing concepts ensuring they are line with the company's overall strategy.
Design strategic marketing plans and budgets that align with our growth objectives.
Oversee digital presence, ensuring the strategy is high-performing.
