The Role as a Marketing Designer:
You will have experience under your belt in marketing, and be creative in your approach to designing and delivering campaigns. If you are a marketer with graphic design capabilities and have experience of working from inception to delivery this could be a great fit.
What the job involves:
Understand and implement digital marketing campaigns, creating them from inception to delivery.
Proven experience with image design (e.g. photoshop or similar) and managing paid ad campaigns across various platforms, including Linkedin, Google Ads etc.
After campaigns have been launched, you will be required to extract and analyse data across multiple channels to decide how best to optimise campaigns for quality of lead.
Use of graphic design and video editing software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) to create and edit content across all platforms.
Website management through content management systems and an awareness of good SEO practices
Create, manage, execute and evaluate both email campaigns and PPC campaigns.
Create and implement social media campaigns.
Marketing reporting and analytics through tools such as Google Analytics.
Strong commercial awareness with an ability to critically evaluate the ROI and cost-benefit of marketing campaigns
Qualifications of Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or at least 3 years' experience with Digital Marketing and Design.
Experience using Adobe suite or a similar design software is essential. Past experience using Google Suite and Hubspot is preferred but training will be provided as necessary.
Relevant Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will have experience with image design (e.g. photoshop or similar) and managing paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Linkedin, Google Ads etc.
Experience in gathering and collating relevant data to optimise campaigns.
You will be experienced at presenting ad performance and ROI and be naturally detail oriented
Good organisation skills will be imperative, we are fast moving!
Understanding of brand guidelines and how to implement this consistently across various marketing channels
