Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Salary: Up to $240,000 + Bonus, LTIP's and Benefits
The retail industry are focused on invigorating and innovating the consumer experience via Data Science and ML activities, bringing in a great need to hire Machine Learning experts to drive their initiatives forward. Working closely across the data teams you will set the pace for optimization within Marketing and Supply Chain/Operations, utilizing ML models.

As a ML Engineer, you will implement batch and real-time algorithms, end-to-end solutions and tools for automated testing, performance testing and A/B testing. You will also play an instrumental part in creating and deploying new product features on the ecommerce website, in-store portals and mobile applications.
Work with data scientists and engineers to deploy new digital products which are scalable and efficient.
Identify new opportunities to improve customer experience, solutions and demonstrate the value of data and ML to key stakeholders both, internally and externally.
Communicate and foster best practice mindset for data and software engineering.
Work closely on projects such as customer segmentation, offer prediction, anomaly detection and automation.
Support and mentor young/junior Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineer's, implementing new tools and evolving their career.
Proven experience deploying machine learning systems to production, ideally within a commerce/consumer facing organization covering the likes of marketing, supply chain, pricing etc.
Technical experience across NoSQL and SQL database, Big data tools such as Spark, Kafka, Hadoop etc and cloud environments GCP, AWS or Azure.
An understanding of software engineering including unit testing, automation, CI/CD and design.
Previous experience mentoring others and working closely with key stakeholders to drive data driven digital transformation initiatives.
