Title: Customer Insights Analyst – SQL

Brief Overview:
Are you a Data-phile?   Do you love getting to grips with raw data and turning it into positive actions?  Well, if so, I want to speak to you!   I am working with a brand that is bolster up its insights function, with a focus on Audience Selection.  You will be joining a great team, exploring Data to analyse and identify key actionable insights, which can be used to grow their audience.  
 
The Role
As Customer Insights Analyst, you will work closely with the Marketing Data team, helping to translate raw data into analytics projects working with key stakeholders in the business to better target their audience.
 
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience exploring data sets and building data visualization as you are discussing future strategies and business models.
Be technically and analytically savvy and know how to synthesize data into key actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
You are very familiar with SQL and Databricks
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience working within marketing environments
Strong business acumen
You're a strong team player and are able to operate with a high level of autonomy.
 
Must Haves
Lots of experience in analytics
Able to perform quantitative analysis on commercial and digital experience Analytics
Fluency in SQL (Hive)
Experience in analysing large structured and unstructured datasets
Advanced analytical techniques, particularly related to measuring consumer & business outcomes
Proven experience and strong expertise in BI & data visualization
Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
Experience with SimilarWeb, Edited is a plus.
Proficiency with statistical packages such as R
Experience with statistical modeling
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Strong commercial business acumen.
Confident working with multiple partners, prioritizing and leading multiple workstreams simultaneously
High degree of self-awareness, empathy and emotional intelligence
