Title: Head of IT Service Delivery
Location: Kent
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + bonus & benefits package

Brief Overview:
My client is a bank working across the UK, regulated by the FCA. They are in need of a Head of IT Service Delivery who will be responsible for all aspects of IT Service Management including Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management.   
The ideal Head of IT Service Delivery will come from an ITIL background with extensive experience in IT Service Delivery from a senior level. The Head of IT Service Delivery must have strong team management experience, as well as a technical background.
Required Skills/Experience:   
  –   ITIL experience is essential (at least foundation)  
  –   Experience in Service Desk (ServiceNow, ServiceDesk etc.) is essential  
  –   Must have worked for mid-sized organisations, with experience working with offshore teams
  –   Proven experience in IT Service Delivery, then grown into a managerial role with team management is essential
