Brief Overview:
My client, a leading retailer, is looking for a Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing channels in order to increase customer experience and digital performance across the UK. You will be expected to work closely with senior board members to drive digital sales and marketing campaigns that no one has seen before!  This is an important and exciting role with a business that operate in a fast paced environment; the brand really is at the heart of everything they do and the Head of Marketing will be a will be key aspect of this.    
Head of Marketing – Responsibilities
Own and manage budget, forecasting, and delivery of monthly goals including spend, CPA, ROAS, Retention, and LTV.
Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand.
Acquire reliable and comprehensive data on sales and customer experience from different departments.
Responsibility for the P+L, results, growth strategy and brand identity.
Ownership and management of the brand including product reviews, product content, social media and forums.
Develop e-commerce accounts/platforms and to give required product sales support to close business successfully.
Overall responsibility of the Marketing strategy / function.
Manage marketing concepts ensuring they are line with the company's overall strategy.
Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand.
Design strategic marketing plans and budgets that align with our growth objectives.
Oversee digital presence, ensuring the strategy is high-performing.

Marketing Director – Requirements:
Significant experience of managing a team delivering marketing plans and activity and achieving measurable impact
Experience of overseeing complex marketing strategies, across a range of channels and products or services
Strong Online Retail experience.
Strong CRM Experience.
Strong end to end digital background (UX and digital sales).
Experience across all marketing channels.
Excellent strategic thinking skills
Plan, manage and deliver complex projects
Excellent communication and influencing skills
