The business are now looking for a Head of Growth to step into a new role within the business, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the performance marketing strategy as well as utilising a range of techniques such as SEO, PPC, Affiliate and Paid Social with a key focus of delivering growth in the UK and Internationally.
 
As Head of Growth you will be reporting to the Marketing Director and play a critical role in leading the businesses growth strategy. The Head of Growth will have the hands on capability's to deliver across all digital marketing channels as well as being the executive leader that can build a long term growth strategy.
 
Through relentless measurement of ROI you will profitably scale demand from Paid Social,Paid Search, Display, Affiliates and SEO. You will always be on the lookout for new opportunities to expand demand within existing channels and seek out and develop new channels.

Head of Growth – Responsibilities:
Creating, developing and managing strategies for improved performance, efficient PPC campaigns and delivery of quality social media engagement with current and prospective clients.
Developing efficient market leading CRM strategies, Marketing Automation and drive inbound quality enquiries through SEO, PPC and Social Media strategies.
Build and develop a class leading data driven DTC performance marketing team to sustainably drive our growth.
Build and deliver the growth strategy across the UK and lead the business on expanding internationally.
Oversee the weekly reporting & analysis of performance channels – always delving into the data to identify opportunities to grow, optimise and improve user journeys towards conversion goals alongside the Head of Ecom and ensure the health of our customer cohorts.
Using a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels.
Management and optimisation of website, SEO, paid digital, social, apps, email, paid social, data points and e-commerce platforms.
Establish our digital identity for the brand, enabling a strong tone of voice that resonates with the target market and utilise trends.
Build and lead a growth marketing team.

Head of Growth – Skills:
Expert across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate and SEO.
Experience of building a team.
Experience in International markets (US preferred).
Experience in a DTC business.
Experience of a high growth/scale up environment.
