Forsyth Barnes have partnered with one of the most exciting travel businesses based in the Brighton area who are seeking a Head of Direct Marketing to join an exceptionally talented team. The business are expanding at an incredible rate and are looking for someone who is innovative, proactive and forward thinking in order to take ownership of the brands customer communication experience to drive customer loyalty and transactional value.

Head of Direct Marketing – Responsibilities:
Deliver the business CRM plan ensuring it is delivering the best experience, using most up to date software and programmes that will create customer engagement and therefore loyalty.
Through teams deliver highly tailored CRM and report on the value.
Embed CRM in the overall business communicating its value to all teams in delivering overall business targets.
Develop a clear content strategy for the brand in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
Focus on influencing the behaviour of existing customers through deeper engagement and personalisation to improve retention and lifetime value.
Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to agree and communicate channel targets and lead to achieving targets through the customer database and offline channels
Accountable for all direct customer communications, including CRM, Campaign, Content and Social.
Analyse and report on business performance.
Keep a finger on the pulse of latest industry advances to keep the CRM up to date and ahead of competitors.
Ensure all channels deliver engaging, unique content to support SEO, generate interest and increase traffic/pick-up

Head of Direct Marketing – Requirements:  
Expertise in building and executing a CRM strategy.
Experience in brand marketing and content strategy.
Strong ability to manage stakeholders and influence.
Strong people manager.
Proactive in taking ownership and using initiative.
