Brief Overview:  
Forsyth Barnes have partnered with one of the most exciting DTC Subscription brands based in London who are seeking a Head of CRM to join an exceptionally talented team. The business are expanding at an incredible rate and are looking for someone who is innovative, proactive and forward thinking in order to help create and implement a new CRM strategy to drive customer loyalty and transactional value.  
   
As Head of CRM, you will be reporting to the Marketing Director and play a critical role in leading the CRM and loyalty strategy. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK with the opportunity to make a real impact on its success.  
 
Head of CRM – Responsibilities:
Deliver the business CRM plan ensuring it is delivering the best experience, using most up to date software and programmes that will create customer engagement and therefore loyalty.
Through teams deliver highly tailored CRM and report on the value.
Embed CRM in the overall business communicating its value to all teams in delivering overall business targets.
Taking responsibility for identifying CRM trends and initiating projects.
Driving Lifetime Value and reporting on A/B tests and KPIs, to share learning across the global retention tea and broader business.
Keep a finger on the pulse of latest industry advances to keep the CRM up to date and ahead of competitors.
Responsible for delivering highly targeted CRM campaigns and with an ability to show how your strategies have driven value for both customers and the business.
Create, plan and execute the CRM strategy across email and app including the CRM calendar, lifecycle and seasonal campaigns
Grow our personalisation and triggered comms programs and co-ordinate all activity across our CRM channels.
Be a part of target setting for CRM channels, report on CRM activity and take ownership of results.

 
Head of CRM- Requirements:  
Track record in leading and managing CRM teams.
Experience of driving loyalty and retention.
Experience of Building CRM Programmes in a consumer facing environment.
Experience working in a DTC business.
