Brief Overview:  
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a very exciting Retailer who are looking for a Head of Creative to come join their team. As the Head of Creative you will be responsible for overseeing all social channels in order to increase customer awareness and social presence across the UK and International markets. You will be expected to work closely with senior board members to create unique social media / marketing campaigns that no one has seen before!

Head of Creative – Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing the social media content strategy across all social media channels, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter both in the UK and internationally.
Build Social Media strategies for the brand, anticipating and predicting future social trends and building loyal social communities to drive revenue and brand growth.
Delivering creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business.
Leading projects and pitches through from concept to creation, linking strategy, ideation and design.
Ensure that all business strategies, proposals are supported by the highest possible creative standards.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines and meetings.
Must have a full understanding of the target market and how consumers wants to see the product, wants to see a brand express itself and always being a step ahead of the competition.
Continuously ideate and produce outstanding campaigns that drive growth, from creative strategy through to copy, design, and production.

 
Head of Creative – Requirements:
Experience of building a social and influencer strategy.
Experience of executing creative social campaigns.
Experience of working in a fast paced environment (Ideally fashion).
Experience leading a team.
