Brief Overview:  
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a rapidly growing gambling business based in London who are looking for a Head of Creative Results to come join their team. As the Head of Creative Results you will be responsible for owning and shaping how the brand presents itself through the next phase of its journey. The Head of Creative Results will be expected to guide and collaborate with agencies, content creators, marketers and stakeholders to plan, craft and deliver the world-class brand standards.
 
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Creative Results who is seeking an opportunity to join a business who put marketing at the forefront of their brand and have a great modern working environment.
 
Head of Creative Results – Responsibilities:
Delivering creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business.
Must have a strong background in brand, design and creative industry experience.
Leading projects and pitches through from concept to creation, linking strategy, ideation and design.
Ensure that all business strategies, proposals are supported by the highest possible creative standards.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines and meetings.
Must have a full understanding of the target market and how consumers wants to see the product, wants to see a brand express itself and always being a step ahead of the competition.
Work with the other teams to allocate resources and raise the quality, efficiency of the agency's creative product.
Continuously ideate and produce outstanding campaigns that drive growth, from creative strategy through to copy, design, and production.

 
Head of Creative Results – Requirements:
Track record of creative leadership.
Expertise within brand, design and creative.
Ability to think creatively about requirements and deliver high brand standards.
Experience in a marketing agency or gambling business.
