Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a very exciting retailer based in Manchester who are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to come join their team. They are looking for an experienced Brand guru who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. The Head of Brand will be expected to guide and collaborate with content creators, marketers and stakeholders to plan, craft and deliver the world class brand standards.

Head of Brand – Responsibilities:
Delivering creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business.
Must have a strong background in brand, design, PR and creative industry experience.
Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to the brand vision.
To line manage the Brand & Content Executive (x2), Assistant (x1) ensuring SMART annual objectives and development plans are in place and reviewed regularly at one-to-one meetings.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
To develop (in conjunction with the Marketing Director and the CEO) a strategy for the continued direction of the brand, moving past the dependence on the Celeb/Influencer collaborations and into a position that encompasses all brand values
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
Leading projects and pitches through from concept to creation, linking strategy, ideation and design.
Ensure that all business strategies, proposals are supported by the highest possible creative standards.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines and meetings.
Work with the other teams to allocate resources and raise the quality, efficiency of the agency's creative product.
Head of Brand – Requirements:
Experience within fast paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Experience within a consumer facing business (Fashion, Cosmetics, Beauty etc.).
Expertise across brand, campaign management and PR.
Proven track record of implementing and executing brand strategy.
Track record of creative leadership.
