Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a market leading company who are in the market for a Microsoft Dynamics Support Analyst. The successful Microsoft Dynamics Support Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to Microsoft Dynamics. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.

Experience working as a Support Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics
Experience resolving service/support tickets in line with SLA in Dynamics
Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics CRM teams
