Brief Overview    
My client, a well-known retail company, is looking for a Deputy Marketing Director to be responsible for driving business and footfall using their digital marketing expertise. This person will be very strong at driving sales from an omni-channel perspective and have strong capabilities at being able to deliver this performance back to senior management, driving improvement within their team and selling that to management with energy and drive. They will also have experience taking ideas from the creative teams and turning them in to great marketing campaigns.
   
You will be expected to work closely with senior board members, and the right candidate will have an amazing chance to look after 160 brands and have the opportunity to progress within the business in a short space of time whilst being given vast management responsibilities.
     
Deputy Marketing Director- Key Responsibilities:  
You will looking after 160 brands and drive the footfall and business across all of these
Commercially responsible for driving sales and profits for the brands through constant performance management of the core daily KPI's.
Identifying trends and insights, whilst optimising spend and performance based on the findings Research, evaluate, and recommend new marketing activities to grow new customer sales.
Analyse performance of marketing activities and campaigns
Organised structured management of teams and projects that would be more than just taking the wider responsibility of driving the marketing programme
A deeply collaborative person who enjoys partnering with, learning from, and educating peers as we plot a path toward growth
Track, measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report the results to Senior management
People leadership responsibilities include developing a high-performance environment through learning and development

 
Deputy Marketing Director – Key requirements:
Having a Commercial Background in driving business and footfall
Experience in turning creative ideas in to great marketing campaigns
Strong background in digital knowledge
Strong with numbers and performance data
