Brief Overview:
 
Forsyth Barnes are exclusively working with a rapidly growing organisation in the North West looking to add to their board of directors. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing a strategic 3/5 year business plan. The role holder will provide leadership to their direct and indirect reports, providing support and direction in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone to join an expanding business with a unique offering! The right individual will have previously operated at a COO level for a fast growing SME / Start-up or a large Corporate
 
Chief Operating Officer – Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO, this role will help shape and implement a strategic 3/5 year business plan
Take ownership / oversee departmental operations plans, budgets, internal reporting and performance to create a clear universal view of the full operation
Evaluate existing processes, spearheading new ones, and consistently evaluating our ways of working to ensure the most effective delivery is achieved.
Create a suite of transparent reports providing accurate and timely management information relevant to each department, which clearly track KPI delivery against the business plan.
Working with the CIO to create and oversee operational aspects of technology in order to improve operational KPI's e.g. use of technology to deploy self-service platform to improve customer service.

 
Chief Operating Officer – Responsibilities:
COO experience or equivalent
Experience working in a Tech / Software environment
