Title: Chief Operating Officer
Location: North West
Salary: £80,000 per annum + Equity
Forsyth Barnes are working with a Hyper Growth Fashion Retailer based in the North West looking for a Chief Operating Officer. The business have doubled in size YoY since receiving investment from a well-established Private Equity House. With a current run rate of £6m the business is looking at global expansion, to drive further growth with a DTC model.
As the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for working with the CEO in shaping the business strategy with oversight of Ops, Stock management, Warehouse, Logistics etc. This is a great opportunity for someone to join an expanding business and a great opportunity to get Equity in the business with expectations of setting the business up for a future sale.
Chief Operating Officer – Responsibilities:
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures;
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision;
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Work with the senior leadership team to drive business growth both top line and bottom line
Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics;
Participate in expansion activities across Europe and the rest of the world
Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
Overall responsibility for the implementation and launch of the business ERP platform
Responsible for Warehouse, Logistics, Stock management, ordering and operational efficiency.
Chief Operating Officer – Requirements:
ERP experience (Deployment and Use)
Extensive experience across stock management, warehouse management, logistics and operational efficiency.
Retail experience must have (Fashion/DTC is advantageous).
Experience working within a hyper growth environment
Experience driving international growth
