Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a globally successful Payments / FinTech SME in their search for a Business Development Manager to be responsible for generating new business sales across Europe. With UK headquarters, the organisation's core competency is the design, certification and manufacture of industry certified mobile POS hardware. The organisation partners with a range of Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators to provide rich and flexible payment solutions for retail, hospitality, financial, government and healthcare vertical markets globally.
Reporting to the Sales Director EMEA, the Business Development Manager will seek out and win new customer relationships to drive revenue and margin growth through identifying opportunities and executing a plan based on the existing GTM strategy to be tailored and refined to convert prospects to customers.  
The company is continually evolving their products for customer present solutions in a range of industries, with a view to grow more of their business into a recurring revenue model as their journey develops.
Business Development Manager Required Skills / Experience:    
– Proven track record of new business sales in Europe
– Strong payments industry background with understand of the payments ecosystem
– Networks and experience across ISV, Acquirer, PSP and POS market
– New business development focus rather than account management
– Accountability mind-set
– Flexibility for international travel
