Title: Agile Delivery Manager
Location: Manchester 2x per month

Forsyth Barnes have partnered exclusively with a Leading and Award Winning Retailer seeking a number of skilled and passionate Agile Delivery Managers to join their innovative Digital Technology team. The business have gone from strength to strength and are seeking Agile Delivery Managers who are experienced with Agile project/programme delivery, in particular with the ability to embed agile way of work in a fast paced environment.
The Agile Delivery Managers will work as part of a tight knit squad enabling the delivery of technology products, services and transformation within the technology portfolio, driving delivery. As an Agile Delivery Manager you will be skilled at delivering digital projects, removing barriers for your team and excellent planning to ensure seamless delivery.

Agile Delivery Manager Responsibilities:
Leading daily stand up meetings and squad ceremonies to ensure planning and retrospectives, refinement, making sure user stories are translated into actionable tasks during sprints
Being accountable for technology delivery and communicating and being transparent with stakeholders via visualisation of progress
Working with the squads and being a focal point for the effective delivery of change and service capability
The use of tools and metrics including story mapping, roadmaps, sprint plans, burn down charts, value stream maps and release plans
Handling conflicts and priorities whilst communicating well to drive focus and excellence within the team
Actively identifying barriers and impediments faced by teams by working closely with delivery and stakeholders so commitments are delivered in time
Agile Delivery Manager Requirements:
Proven experience within an Agile Delivery discipline or Project Manager
Experience utilising a range of Agile Project Management methods
Knowledgeable of Agile, Lean and Waterfall methods with ability to apply these within teams and achieve business outcomes
Ability and ability to demonstrate the delivery of tech products, services or transformation
Strong decision maker, excellent communication, collaboration and prioritisation
Experience managing cross functional and matrix/ multi-disciplinary teams
