about the roleJob Title: Vice President of IT, Digital & Customer SolutionsLocation: Atlanta, GA (Headquarters)Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of IT, Digital & Customer Solutions to lead digital transformation initiatives across the North American market. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of customer-facing IT solutions and drive business growth through innovation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in product management, digital strategy, and IT systems (including Salesforce) to deliver impactful customer solutions across B2B and B2C channels, while expertly managing key stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Transformation:
- Develop and execute the North American IT and digital strategy, aligning with customer and business objectives.
- Lead the lifecycle management of customer-facing digital solutions, including design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation through digital technologies such as Salesforce, advanced analytics, digital payments, and customer experience platforms.
- Customer-Facing Solutions Management:
- Own the roadmap for customer solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the operating system.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize B2B and B2C solutions, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bottlers, IT leaders, senior executives, external vendors, and other strategic partners.
- Influence and align diverse stakeholders to prioritize digital initiatives and drive strategic business outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT and product professionals, ensuring successful project delivery and resource management.
- Collaborate with leadership teams, bottlers, IT teams, and vendors to align on strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Champion change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Financial & Vendor Management:
- Oversee IT budgets, ensuring return on investment (ROI) from digital investments.
- Manage vendor relationships and service agreements to ensure alignment with strategic goals and maximize system-wide benefits.
- Governance & Risk Management:
- Establish governance structures for digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal, data privacy, and security regulations while managing risk.

Skills & Experience:- 15+ years of experience leading IT solutions and digital transformation, with a focus on customer-facing systems in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector.
- Expertise in Salesforce and other customer experience technologies.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions, including business leaders, IT, vendors, and external partners.
- Proven success in managing product portfolios, digital initiatives, and leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in driving innovation, digitization, and business transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
