Title: Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Location: Dallas / New York
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 plus bonus and benefits
A global sports technology business is transforming the way people operate and interact with public venues and places through technology. With the goal of becoming leaders in strategy, design and management of technology solutions / platforms into the sports & entertainment industry, we are partnered to support this business on the search for a Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing - a newly created role.
The Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing will be responsible for leading and delivering new business revenue for the business here in the United States. The successful SVP Sales & Marketing will have a proven track record of delivering revenue targets within the sports & entertainment industry, ideally with some experience in selling tech-led solutions. An understanding of how digital, technology and data solutions can support the sports & entertainment industry is essential.
Finally, a network / rolodex of trusted relationships across teams, leagues, agencies and venues in the United States is essential.
- Proven track record of success in sales / new business within the sports & entertainment industry is essential (10+ years)
- A significant network of trusted relationships with teams, leagues, agencies and venues is essential
- Experience working for a sports agency selling into the sports industry is highly advantageous
- Experience selling tech, data or digital solutions is preferable
