Brief Overview:

You're instilling ideas in your team that will last their whole careers. You have to be kind, and understand different people's strengths. You don't get annoyed when people ask questions, because you're so eager for people to understand, and unshakeable in your belief that, given enough time and effort, most people can understand anything.

JOB Requirements:

 

Deep knowledge of JS language 

Experience developing complex applications with a combination of JS technologies and frameworks 

Expert use of Node including knowledge of event loop. Knowledge of Bun possible advantage 

Expert use of Express to build API's. Knowledge of Kafka an advantage 

Redis 

Mongo Atlas 

Expert with React with focus on hooks  NextJS a bonus 

Experience implementing state management on React applications 

Experience improving performance of large apps 

Experience implementing IAM and RBAC 

Knowledge of security best practices 

Familiarity with CI/CD 

Able to implement testing strategy and incorporate testing frameworks in CI/CD 

Familiarity with Big O Notation, Algorithmic Time Complexity and algorithms 

Experience with code reviews and teaching juniors 

 

JOB Responsibilities:

 

My client is looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to help implement future versions of their multi-tenant IAC software and build on the culture of their engineering team.

 

You will oversee frontend and backend implementation of the architectural designs, with a focus on clean, tested, code, and overhauling and maintaining the delivery pipeline.
