Location: Philadelphia (1 day a week)
Salary: Up to $180,000 + Benefits
Forsyth Barnes have partnered with one of the most exciting Ecommerce brands in the US.
My client, a leading Health & Wellness brand, is looking for Sr Director Marketing to oversee all marketing channels in order to increase customer experience and digital performance across the US. You will be expected to work closely with senior board members to drive digital sales and marketing campaigns that no one has seen before! This is an important and exciting role with a business that operate in a fast paced environment; the brand really is at the heart of everything they do and the Sr Director Marketing will be key aspect of this.
You'll be part of an exciting, crazy and wonderful working environment where new ideas and thinking outside the box is encouraged to ensure the business is staying ahead of the competition by embodying innovative ideas to lead the way in a crowded market.

Expertise in Performance marketing channels ( Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO etc.).
Experience in leading and scaling a team.
Experience within an Ecommerce facing environment.
Dynamic leader with proven track record of leading organizations through significant change and growth
Experience of scaling online sales.
Creating, developing and managing strategies for improved performance, efficient PPC campaigns and delivery of quality social media engagement with current and prospective clients.
Developing efficient market leading CRM strategies, Marketing Automation and drive inbound quality enquiries through SEO, PPC and Social Media strategies.
Build and develop a class leading data driven DTC performance marketing team to sustainably drive our growth.
Build and deliver the growth strategy across the US and lead the business on expanding internationally.
Oversee the weekly reporting & analysis of performance channels - always delving into the data to identify opportunities to grow, optimise and improve user journeys towards conversion goals.
Using a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels.
Management and optimisation of website, SEO, paid digital, social, apps, email, paid social, data points and e-commerce platforms.
Establish our digital identity for the brand, enabling a strong tone of voice that resonates with the target market and utilise trends.
Build and lead a growth marketing team.
Manage and develop a market leading online shopping experience, responsible for site content, customer journey and commercial performance.
Lead, deliver & drive integrated online & digital strategy, creating a fully optimised digital first platform.
