With an emphasis on construction lending, this role offers significant earning potential and the chance to work in a collaborative, strategy-led team. If you're a CRE producer with a strong NJ-focused book and a passion for dealmaking, this could be your next big move.Key Responsibilities:- Originate $40M+ annually in CRE loans, with an emphasis on construction deals
- Focus on NJ and Eastern PA markets, building out a robust network of clients and brokers
- Represent the bank on the ground, maintaining a strong presence across key territories
- Collaborate with underwriting, strategy and leadership throughout the deal lifecycle
- Attend in-person meetings and operate in a hybrid schedule from the Fort Lee HQ
Essential Requirements:- $40M+ in annual CRE production, including construction lending experience
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a NJ-centric client base
- Comfort with hybrid work and ability to travel regionally as needed
- Proven ability to close deals and work cross-functionally with internal teams
Desirable Experience:- Background with regional or community banks
- Exposure to Eastern PA markets a plus
