They are looking to recruit 2 Senior Account Managers with a proven track record of managing previous big accounts with the likes of some of the biggest retailers in the world, whilst also looking to develop new relationships with key decision makers to guide their decisions and build credibility for the client. The ideal candidate will come from a beauty, cosmetics or skincare background.Senior Account Manager - Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' drivers, challenges and opportunities to propose solutions that transform their business
- Win new business through great relationship building and closing
- Understand customers' business and commercial models to articulate where value lies and enable creative commercial models to be designed
- Manage and develop key accounts
- Identify opportunities, develop and articulate compelling bid strategies
- Maintain close collaboration and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Senior Account Manager - Requirements:- At least 4 years experience as an account manager level
- Come from a background of Beauty, Cosmetics or Skincare
- Excellent understanding of account management and relationship building
- A bonus would be a good experience in a previous role of business development
