Programme Manager

Overview:
Forsyth Barnes is seeking an experienced Programme Manager for an exciting contract opportunity in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large-scale, enterprise technology programme with a budget of approximately £10M. The role will involve close collaboration with business analysts, business change managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical solution, build, and deployment aspects of the programme, working closely with internal technical teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with CRM (Salesforce), Order Management, Integrations, and ERP (SAP & Oracle) teams.
• Oversee delivery across multiple technical areas, including Security and Service Management teams.
• Collaborate with multiple Systems Integrators (SI) and a dedicated Test Partner, ensuring alignment and quality across various value streams.
• Engage with business stakeholders and SMEs, providing clear communication, management, and reporting across all levels.
• Manage three or more value streams concurrently, ensuring that each stream delivers its business outcomes efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise technology programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
• Background in CRM, Order Management, and ERP systems, preferably within large organisations.
• Experience working across diverse technical teams and multiple SIs, ensuring coordinated delivery.
