In this role, the successful candidate will drive the client's digital strategy, oversee the Shopify platform, and manage integrations with their 3PL provider. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order processing, optimize workflows, and enhance the technology stack. If you are passionate about problem-solving and leveraging technology to improve efficiency, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a product roadmap to optimize digital operations and order fulfillment.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement digital solutions for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Development, UX/UI, Data Analytics, and Technology teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Define technical specifications with web developers and ensure clear documentation.
- Oversee the evaluation, onboarding, and decommissioning of digital tools to maximize efficiency.
- Research and recommend vendors to enhance the brand's digital capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems to minimize errors and improve performance.
- Manage the brand's eCommerce platform, handling integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Oversee middleware solutions to ensure smooth data flow between eCommerce, inventory, and ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory, order processing, and customer data synchronization.
- Analyze large datasets in Excel to detect inconsistencies and drive improvements.
- Develop reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital operations, eCommerce, or logistics technology.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, order management processes, and digital system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify+, and middleware solutions for data synchronization.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Familiarity with API integrations and process automation is a plus.
