We are working closely with an exciting performance & lifestyle Retail organization looking to grow their Data Science team with talented individuals with a passion for driving product innovation. As a business, they leverage Data Science & Advanced Analytics to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.
They want individuals who are curious, willing to learn and pass on their experience & specialty to other juniors within the team. Working cross functionally with other teams such as Data Engineering, Product Managers and Developers to truly improve processes and products everyday.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale models across large data sets and implement new algorithms solving complex business issues.
Demonstrate the value in analytical products and models and ensure they are adopted across the business units where needed.
Throughout the data science product life cycle, document, develop and communicate changes.
Bring innovation and new ideas for modeling to predict end-user behavior.
Work with other key stakeholders and understand their wants and needs prior to implementing and making changes to ensure all aligned.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience within Data Science/Machine Learning
4+ Years' experience with Python, Databricks
Experienced building custom models based on data structures and business needs to meet analytics deliverables.
Great communication and commercial understanding to bring value not just technically, but also strategically & collaboratively
