From commercial support to top-notch content production and talent management, everything is provided by entities that are part of the family.As the Managing Director of one of these entities, you will be a key player in executing this year's business plans and paving the way for the years to come, with the objective of setting up a stand-alone vertical within the broader group. You will spearhead the team's engagement in new titles and widen the talent roaster, bringing the name of our client to the top of each competition.The successful candidate will be highly commercially driven, with a solid track record of growing audiences and increasing brand exposure. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to play a crucial role in shaping the next big thing in esports.If you are a salesperson at heart, have been in a senior management position for long enough to feel ready to take on general management responsibilities, and know the ins and outs of esports, this is the perfect role for you!Required Skills/Experience:10+ years in a senior management role2+ years in the esports/gaming industrySales background and a solid partnership/sponsorship deal sheetExperience in fast-paced environments, leading large teams and coordinating external team members
