- Lead programme governance and oversight across multiple projects.
- Manage both tech and non-tech initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
- Implement best practices in programme and project management.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For- A seasoned Head of PMO/Programme Manager with experience running large-scale programmes.
- Strong expertise in both tech and non-tech projects.
- A structured, strategic thinker with the ability to drive PMO best practices.
- Experience within real estate or property-related industries is a plus but not essential.
What's on Offer- £80,000 per year (pro rata).
- Hybrid working - 3 days a week in London, 2 days remote.
