This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a pivotal moment across media, sponsorship, and advertising.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports and media landscape, the ability to craft and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end, and the experience to manage high-value partnerships with broadcasters, media outlets, and agencies. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working across a matrixed organization to pull together resources and deliver results.Key Responsibilities- Developing and executing marketing and communications campaigns across creative, media, and rights ownership.- Managing partnerships with US-based broadcasters, media outlets, and agencies.- Leading cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization, pulling resources from various business areas.- Thriving in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment where sports, streaming, and media intersect.Required Skills/Experience:- Proven commercial marketer with experience in sports, broadcasting, or streaming- Strong track record of hands-on campaign execution - not just overseeing strategy- Experience managing media, sponsorship, and advertising partnerships at a high level- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance- Background in high-profile sporting events is desirable- Familiarity with UX, user journeys, and audience engagement is desirable
