We are currently partnering with our client to find a proactive and flexible FP&A Manager to join their Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in driving the growth of the business by improving controlling, reporting, and forecasting processes. The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver insightful business analysis and enhance operational processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level financial analysis and insights to senior management, while also engaging in hands-on accounting responsibilities.
- Proactively understand, anticipate, and report on finance and business risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models for current and future projects.
- Produce detailed monthly reports, including:
- Sales by product/brand, region/state, and forecast.
- Shipments and retail selling results, with accompanying forecasts.
- Profitability analysis by customer/brand/market.
- Cost analysis, forecasting, and recommendations.
- Financial simulations, models, and KPIs.
- Performance comparisons against previous year, budget, forecast, and plan.
- Prepare budgets, reforecasts, and 3-year business plans, including marketing costs by region.
- Provide operational stock control insights, including COGS analysis, stock rotation, and reconciliation.
- Conduct analysis and monitoring of business plans for new projects.
- Oversee intercompany transaction reporting and transfer price controls.
- Work with the accounting team to ensure monthly control of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
- Gather and analyze market and internal financial data to offer actionable insights.
- Lead efforts in automating processes and act as a key user in new IT projects.
- Play an active role in new development projects within the company.

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.

- A sense of urgency and a respect for deadlines and established processes.
