Working closely with the fractional CTO and reporting to the E-Commerce and Digital Manager, you’ll bring order and clarity to data across the business, enabling smarter, faster decisions. This is a hands-on role with high levels of autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a tangible impact.Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
- Create actionable reports across key areas, including:
- Returns analytics
- CRM data analysis
- Product category penetration
- Digital marketing performance
- Use GA4 to answer critical business questions and deliver insights.
- Support the e-commerce team across trading, CRM, digital marketing, and market analytics.
- Develop a consistent, robust approach to data management and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with teams at varying levels of data proficiency to drive impactful outcomes.
About You:This role is perfect for an experienced data professional who thrives in fast-paced retail or e-commerce environments. You’re highly autonomous, resourceful, and have the skills to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive results.Key Skills & Experience:- 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualisation tools (preferably Looker, Qlik or PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and its application in e-commerce analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
