Salary: $200K - $300K + Performance-Based Bonus (7-9% of wholesale sales) + Potential EquityThe Role:This is a hands-on, high-impact sales leadership role. The ideal candidate is a proven revenue generator who thrives in a startup environment, can pick up the phone, leverage industry contacts, and close deals quickly. You'll be responsible for driving wholesale and hospitality sales, growing key accounts, and leading a team to execute a high-growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.Build and expand wholesale and hospitality partnerships, increasing sales from $500K to $1M+.Actively pitch, negotiate, and close deals-no one will do it for you.Manage and mentor a sales team (including wholesale managers and regional teams in Mexico).Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate growth in North America.Identify new wholesale, retail, and hospitality sales channels.Work closely with operations and events teams to align sales strategies.Report directly to the founder, driving commercial decision-making.Requirements:Proven sales leader with a track record of growing revenue fast.
Deep experience in wholesale, hospitality, or event-driven sales.
Ideally from hospitality, events, or wine/spirits industries.
Comfortable in a startup environment-able to work independently and make things happen.
Has strong contacts and relationships with potential buyers.
