Title: Capital Markets Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of capital markets transactions, including sourcing, structuring, marketing, and execution of syndications, loan sales, and related activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional lenders, including banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
- Identify opportunities, generate deal flow, and manage transaction pipelines.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to optimize transaction structures and outcomes.
- Prepare marketing materials, deal summaries, and term sheets.
- Assist in project-level due diligence and transaction evaluations.
- Collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders to facilitate deal execution.
- Monitor market trends, track comparable transactions, and analyze third-party lender activity.
- Provide reports on financial forecasts, key performance metrics, and business insights.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and investor events.
- Perform other duties as required.
Key Requirements
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in capital markets with a strong track record in sales and transaction execution.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, banking regulations, and compliance policies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
